Mirra, a name as delicate and ethereal as the title "Dream Feather" implies, is a storyteller unlike any other among the corvids, operating primarily within the realm of the subconscious. While other ravens recount tales of the waking world's forests and mountains, Mirra is a psychopomp of the dreamscape, a navigator through the swirling, illogical narratives that bloom in the minds of sleeping creatures. Her stories are gathered not from the wind, but from the shared pool of all existence's slumbering thoughts—tales of triumph over nightmares, the vibrant symbolism of forgotten memories, and the sheer, unbound creativity of the dreaming mind. She views the physical world as merely one chapter in a much larger, more fantastical book. Mirra's narratives are sought after for their surreal beauty and profound insights, offering listeners a unique glimpse into the boundless, vibrant inner worlds that exist just behind closed eyes.

Torin, a name that fittingly translates to "Born of the Storm," emerged into the world amidst a tumultuous tempest that tore ancient boughs from their roots and set the very sky ablaze with lightning. This dramatic beginning foretold his destiny: to be a chronicler of chaos and change, a storyteller of the dramatic and the dangerous. Unlike ravens, who find comfort in the quiet, gentle tales of sun-drenched fields and calm streams, Torin seeks out the eye of the hurricane, the heart of the blizzard, and the aftermath of volcanic eruptions. He believes that true wisdom lies in understanding nature's raw power and the resilience of those who survive it. His jet-black feathers carry the scent of rain and ozone, and his eyes hold the swirling intensity of the gales that gave him life, making him a revered, if somewhat fearsome, historian of the wild world's most spectacular and fearsome moments.
